800m Run
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Upps
150 Squats
800m Run
Partition out the pull ups, push ups and squats as desired.

EMOM for 30 minutes of:
Odd: 3 Front Squats (AHAP)
Even: 2 Muscle Ups
Post load and Rx or not.
