Max reps DB Thrusters 35/25#

Rest 2 Min

Post total number of thrusters.

 

Level 2

Running clock, every min do one lift and add 10#

Start with the empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible

Once you fail a snatch, move onto clean (start with last successful snatch weight for clean)

Once you fail a clean, move onto deadlift

Post heaviest load for all three lifts.
