Level 1

Partner Workout

AMRAP in 30 Min

400M Run

5 Burpee Pull Ups

10 OH Walking Lunges 25/15#

15 Double Unders

*Partner A runs 400M while Partner B does AMRAP.  When Partner A returns from the run, switch and pick up where they left off.

Post total number of rounds plus extra reps.

 

 

Level 2

Partner Workout

200M Overhead Barbell Carry 135/95#

30 Burpee Muscle Ups

200M Overhead Barbell Carry

50 Box Jumps 30/24″

200M Overhead Barbell Carry

70 Goblet Squats 70/53#

*1 Person works at a time

Barbell Club

EMOM for 20 Min: 1 Clean and Jerk *all reps at least 80%1RM

+

Clean Pulls 5 x 3

+

Back Squat 5 x 2 @ 80%1RM

Post loads.
