* Every time the bar rests on the ground, 10 push ups must be performed before continuing
.800m Run
15 Deadlifts  275#/205#
* 10 pushup penalty when set is broken.
400m Run
10 Deadlifts  315#/225#
* 10 push up penalty when set is broken.
