      Sure. EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. An AMRAP stands for As Many Reps As Possible (or Rounds). E3MOM means Every 3rd Minute On the Minute. These workouts are usually set up to be done for a certain time limit. For example, AMRAP for 20 minutes. One question. Where are you working out at? What part of the city, state or country?
