Partner Workout

400M Run with a plate 45/35#
100 Overhead Walking Lunges
400M Run with a plate
100 Push Ups (L2 = Push Ups with 2 x 45# plates)
400M Run with  a plate
100 Back Squats (From a rack) 135/95# (L2 = 185/135#)
400M Run with a plate
200 Sit Ups (L2 = 100 GHD Sit Ups with Med Ball 20/14#)
400M Run with a plate
10 Rope Sled Pulls 50/30#

*Switch every 10 reps, every rep on sled pulls

*The plate must be held for the entire workout; 10 burpee penalty every time the plate is dropped
