ANNOUNCEMENT: CFEC’s Yoga class has been suspended for the next few months.  We will place it back on the schedule once the weather warms up again.  Also, we will have an 8:00 a.m. class on Thursday, Thanksgiving morning.

Level 1

AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
200m Run
20 KB Swings  53#/35#
15 Box Jumps  20″
10 Burpees
Post rounds plus reps.
Extra Credit: 3:00 Ring Plank Hold

Level 2

AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
200m Run
15 Goblet Squats  70#/53#
15 KB Swings
15 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Split Squat Jumps (R + L = 1)
Post rounds plus reps.
Extra Credit: Ring Plank Holds for max time.
