Happy New Year!  Thank you all for making 2015 such a special and memorable year.  Many great things were achieved in 2015, but we are so excited about what the new year will bring.  We look forward to making 2016 a better year than last year.  Set your goals for 2016, share them with some of your friends and ask them to help you stay accountable for keeping them throughout the year.  We are lucky to have such a positive environment at CFEC and that’s because we are all seeking to improve ourselves day in and day out.  Take advantage of the people you’ve come to know at the gym and make your goals reality.  Good luck in the New Year!
