1 Mile Run (Together)

10 Toes to Bar (5/5)
10 Burpees (5/5)
10 Squat Jumps (5/5)
*Partner A does 5 T2B, then Partner B does 5; Partner A does 5 Burpees, then Partner B does 5, etc.
Post time.

*Partner A does one round, then Partner B does a round
Rest 3 Minutes
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
30 Calories Airdyne (15/15)
30 Ball Slams (15/15) 25/20#
*Must switch every 15 reps; Partner A does 15 Calories, then Partner B; Partner A does 15 Ball Slams, then Partner B
Rest 3 Minutes
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
Max Distance Low Sled Push 90# (1/1)
*Have to Switch every rep
