100 Goblet Squats 53/35#
100 Box Jumps 20″
100 KB Swings 53/35#
100 Skater Plyos (R+L=1)
Post time.

Level 2
Partner Workout
*Complete in order, with 1 person working at a time. Partners run 400M together.
AMRAP in 30 Minutes
10 Burpee Muscle Ups
20 Tire Flips
30 Alternating Pistols
400M Run with Sandbag 70/50#
Post total rounds plus reps.

    At what point in the day did L2 become a partner workout. Because it was at 5:15. Oy vey!!!
