Working in teams of 3, must complete in order:
1800M Run
*switch every 200M, other 2 hold plank position
200 Goblet Walking Lunges 53/35#
*other 2 hang from pull up bar
300 Sit Ups
*other 2 hold plate overhead 45/35#
Post time.

Level 2
Working in teams of 3, must complete in order:
1800M Run with Sandbag
*switch every 200M, other 2 hold plank position
100 Overhead Squats 135/95#
*other 2 hang from pull up bar
200 GHD Sit Ups
*other 2 perform deadlift hold together 365/275#
Post time.
