1st 2 minutes: 10 Cals on Airdyne / 5 Hang Power Snatch 135#/95#
2nd 2 minutes: 200m Run / 10 Front Squats
3rd 2 minutes: 50 Double Unders / 5 CTB Pull Ups / 10 Clapping Push Ups / 15 Med Ball Squat Jumps 20#/14#
