AMRAP of 10 Toes to Bar + 20 Sit Ups in remaining time
25-30 Minutes
400M Run
Max Reps Double Unders
Post completed rounds of “Cindy,” and total reps for each.

EMOM for 12 Minutes
1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk *AHAP
