5 Burpees Over Bar
* One person works, while the other rests. Each will complete 10 rounds.
Then…
As a team, Thruster 5,700 lbs.
Example: 42 reps at 135# / 50 reps at 115# / 60 reps at 95# / 67 reps at 85# / 76 reps at 75# / 88 reps at 65#

10 Rope Climbs
20 Sandbag Broad Jumps 3′
20 Burpees Over Sandbag
