Partner Workout
Working in teams of two, complete the following:
AMRAP in 12 minutes
P1 Does 10 Sandbag Power Cleans / 15 Sandbag Back Squats 70#/50#
P2 Does max calories on Airdyne
* Switch when person completes Sandbag complex.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 12 minutes
P1 Does 10 Burpee Pull Ups
P2 Holds Barbell Overhead 115#/75#
* Switch when person is done Burpee Pull Ups.
– Rest 3 minutes –
AMRAP in 12 minutes
P1 Does 20 Wall Ball 20#/14# @ 9′
P2 Does max Double Unders
* Switch when person is done with Wall Ball
Post A/D calories, Burpee Pull Up reps and Double Under total.
