In teams of two, complete the following:

Power Cleans 135#/95#
Burpees
Goes like this: P1 does 1 PC and 1 Burpee. P2 does1 PC and 1 Burpee. P1 does 2 PC’s and 2 Burpees. P2 does 2 PC’s and 2 Burpees…etc up to 5.
– Rest 3 minutes –
100 DB Step Ups 2 @35#/2 @25# 20″
– Rest 3 minutes –
2 Rounds
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 Rep Ladder of:
Gassers
Goes like the first workout.
Post time minus 6 minutes.

Level 2

1 Mile Run X 3
Rest after each mile the exact same amount of time it took you to run the mile.
Post each mile time.
