In teams of two, perform the following:
100 GHD Sit Ups
P1 does the Sit Ups, while P2 holds a barbell overhead. 115#/75#
+
150 Wall Ball 20#/14#
P1 does the Wall Ball, while P2 hangs from Pull Up bar.
+
100 Box Jumps 20″
P1 does Box Jumps, while P2 hold feet 6″ off the ground.
+
100 Burpees
P1 does Burpeees, while P2 does a Wall Sit
Partition work between team mates as desired.
