Great group of people right here. The CFEC Masters Conditioning Class is offered to those individuals 55 years and older. It meets Monday – Wednesday – Friday at 9 o’clock. If you’ve got a parent or grandparent who needs to start an exercise program to stay healthy and functional, this is the class for them.

Level 1

E2MOM for 10 minutes
5 Back Squats @ 75% of 1RM for all sets

30 Double Unders
50 Squats
30 Double Unders
50 Push Ups
30 Double Unders

50 Push Press 75#/55#
Post load and time.

Level 2

E3MOM for 15 minutes
50 Double Unders
1 Deadlift *choose challenging load, but load must increase every set
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Thruster

800m Run
30 Alternating DB Squat Snatch 50#/35#
30 Pull Ups
800m Run
Post starting/ending load and time.
