"Running Bear"

4 rounds of the "Bear Complex" (M-115#, W-75#) 400M Run

Try to get max reps within each round

1 rep = Power Clean-Front Squat-Push Press-Back Squat-Push Press

Cannot rest the bar on the ground. Once you put the bar down, you run 400M

Dont forget CrossFit Kids class tomorrow at 11am for the 5-7 year olds and 12pm for 8 & up.

PLEASE NOTE – CrossFit Kids has now been split into 2 classes according to age group…the 11am class is ages 5-7 and the 12pm class is ages 8-12.  Thanks everyone who joined us today, the kids were great and we have more fun stuff planned for Thursday.  See you then!
