CFEC Level 1

Level 1 Classes are where you truly start to develop your fitness.  Here is where you take the foundational skills that you learned in the Beginners Class and apply them in workouts that further your understanding of the CrossFit methodology.  The Level 1 classes will always be challenging and varied.  That’s the way they are supposed to be and the constant variations to these workouts will have you wanting to workout 4 – 6 days per week.
