The Beginners Class will introduce you to the methodology of CrossFit and lay the foundation for your success in the Level 1 group classes by helping you master the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Getting you to master the 9 fundamental movements will not only ensure you a very safe and effective path to enjoying our group classes, but also leave you with a better understanding of how to move your body more efficiently.
The class includes hands on teaching and evaluation as well as a CrossFit workout at the end of each session. The workout will introduce you to the intensity that CrossFit is known for.
The Beginners Class starts the first Monday of every month and runs Monday through Thursday for two weeks at 5:00 p.m.
