Personal Training
(By appointment only)

  • Individual Sessions – $60 per hour (Sessions with Paul Flores ask for details)
  • Shared Sessions – $15.00 each additional person, maximum of 5 people per session.

Beginner Class

Monday through Thursday 5:00pm

$115.00 per month or $20.00 Drop-in.  The Beginner Class meets the above days and times the first two weeks of the month only.  The two week session begins the first Monday of each new month. These classes will introduce you to the fundamental CrossFit movements and prepare you for the Level 1 classes.

Level I Monthly Unlimited Classes:

$115.00 per month or $20.00 Drop-in.  In this level of classes you will build your fitness base and continue to perfect the CrossFit movements.  This class is for those new to the CrossFit method and will focus on the basic movements and exercises which will allow you to advance to the Level II classes.

Level II Monthly Unlimited Classes:

$165.00 per month or $20.00 Drop-in.  This level is for those athletes that have shown competency in the basics of CrossFit and are ready for more advanced movements and higher intensity training.  In this level of training you will be exposed to the more complex barbell and gymnastic movements.

  • Military/LEO/Fire        $140.00
  • Additional Family Members – Must reside in the same household)
    1st additional family member $75.00
    2nd additional family member $60.00
    3rd additional family member $30.00

Sport:
